Dr Conroy is a highly respected UK-registered GP with a background in addiction medicine, general practice, and remote clinical care. With more than two decades of frontline NHS and private healthcare experience, he leads 180 Healthcare’s clinical services with a focus on safe, patient-centred treatment.

He has a special interest in alcohol dependence, GLP-1 supported weight loss, and digital prescribing models that maintain high standards of care outside traditional clinic settings.

In his role as Medical Director, Dr Conroy oversees all clinical governance, ensuring each treatment plan is evidence-based, ethically sound, and tailored to the individual.

Fabiano is an experienced UK-registered prescribing pharmacist with a focus on safe, evidence-based treatment in remote healthcare settings. As Clinical Lead at 180 Healthcare, he works closely with our medical team to deliver high-quality prescribing services across detox, smoking cessation, weight loss, and private health requests.

With a meticulous approach to patient safety and medication management, Fabiano ensures that every prescription issued through 180Healthcare is clinically appropriate, carefully reviewed, and aligned with national prescribing standards.

He brings experience from both community and digital pharmacy sectors, with additional training in substance misuse, GLP-1 prescribing, and pharmacovigilance.
